Siemens Energy India Limited has announced its 2nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, February 13, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. IST through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The AGM will transact business as outlined in the AGM Notice dated November 24, 2025.

The company will send the Annual Report for Financial Year 2024-25 along with the AGM Notice via e-mail to registered members. For members without registered e-mail addresses, a weblink for accessing the AGM Notice and Annual Report will be provided. The Annual Report and AGM Notice will also be available on the company's website and the websites of the stock exchanges (BSE and NSE) and NSDL.

Instructions for attending the AGM via VC/OAVM and details for remote e-voting will be included in the AGM Notice. Members holding shares in physical form and who have not registered their e-mail addresses are requested to do so by emailing cs.seil.in@siemens-energy-india.com and submitting Form ISR-1. Members holding shares in electronic form should update their e-mail addresses with their respective Depository Participants (DPs).

Furthermore, the company has fixed Friday, January 30, 2026, as the Record Date for determining the entitlement of members for dividend payment for Financial Year 2024-25, if declared at the AGM. Dividend payments will be made electronically. Members holding shares in physical form must update their KYC details (PAN, nomination, contact details, bank account, and specimen signature) with the Company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) to avoid delays in dividend receipt. For shares held in electronic form, KYC details should be updated with their respective DPs.
