Siemens Energy India Limited has announced its 2nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Friday, February 13, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. IST, to be conducted via Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means.

The company will present the Audited Financial Statements for the Financial Year ended September 30, 2025, along with the Directors' and Auditors' reports. A significant agenda item is the declaration of a dividend of ₹4 per equity share for the Financial Year 2024-25.

Additionally, the AGM will address the re-appointment of directors Mr. Sunil Mathur and Mr. Harish Shekar, who are retiring by rotation. The appointment of Messrs. Parikh Parekh & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for a term of five years (FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30) and the remuneration for Messrs. R. Nanabhoy & Co. as Cost Auditors for FY 2025-26 will also be considered.

The meeting will also seek approval for material related party transactions with Siemens Energy Global GmbH & Co. KG (SEGG) amounting up to ₹17,500 million for FY 2025-26, covering various business transactions.
