Sical Logistics Limited has announced the sale of its non-core assets, comprising two land parcels measuring a total of 2.55 acres in Kottapattu village, Tiruchirappalli district, Tamil Nadu. The sale is part of the resolution plan approved by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chennai bench, in December 2022. The sale deeds for these assets were executed on December 15, 2025. The total consideration received from this sale is ₹24,00,00,000 (Rupees twenty-four crore only). The buyers are M/s. Trichy Metal and Alloys Private Limited and individuals Mr. K. Jeyakarna, Mr. S. Adithya Ram, and Mr. V. Badhri Narayanan. These buyers do not belong to the promoter, promoter group, or group companies of Sical Logistics.
