Shyam Metalics and Energy Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for all Directors, KMPs, Designated Persons, Connected Persons, Promoters, their Promoter Group, and their immediate relatives. The window will remain closed from Thursday, January 1, 2026. The closure is in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the third quarter and the nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company will intimate the date of the Board meeting for the consideration of these financial results in due course.
