Shyam Metalics and Energy Limited has announced the conversion of its statutory auditors, M S K A & Associates, Chartered Accountants, into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). The firm will now be known as M S K A & Associates LLP, effective from January 13, 2026. This conversion, made under the provisions of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, will not impact the ongoing services provided by the auditors. M S K A & Associates LLP will continue to serve as the statutory auditors for the remaining tenure of their current appointment without interruption. The company received this intimation from the auditors via a letter dated January 14, 2026.
