Shriram Finance Limited has announced the closure of its trading window from Thursday, January 1, 2026. This closure is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code. The trading window will remain shut until 48 hours after the dissemination of the unaudited financial results for the third quarter and the nine months ending December 31, 2025. These results will be both standalone and consolidated.
