Shriram Finance Limited has submitted a report regarding the re-lodgement of transfer requests for physical shares during the special window period, which ran from July 7, 2025, to January 6, 2026. This initiative was facilitated as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD/P/CIR/2025/97 dated July 2, 2025.

Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited, the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, processed these requests. During the specified period, a total of 4 requests for re-lodgement of transfer were received. Out of these, 4 requests were processed, but none were approved.

The primary reason for the rejection of all requests was the lack of authentic documentary proof of beneficial ownership. Transferees failed to provide essential documents such as Broker Contract Notes or proof of payment for share purchases via cheques or bank statements. The re-lodged transfer documents were deemed incomplete due to various technical deficiencies.
