Mr. Vinod Kumar Chaturvedi, Chief Human Resources Officer of Shree Cement Limited, will be assuming a new role within the company and will no longer be a Senior Management Person, effective from January 31, 2026 (close of business hours). Mr. Manmohan Rathi, Joint President – Power Management, already designated as a Senior Management Person, will take on the additional responsibility of Chief Human Resources Officer in place of Mr. Chaturvedi. The change is effective from January 31, 2026.
