Shree Cement Limited announced the re-appointment of Mr. Hari Mohan Bangur as Chairman of the Company (Category - Whole Time Director) for a period of five years, commencing from April 1, 2026. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on February 6, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination Cum Remuneration Committee, and is subject to the approval of the members. Mr. Hari Mohan Bangur, a Chemical Engineer from IIT Bombay, brings significant technical expertise and has been instrumental in the company's expansion and new initiatives. He has received several accolades, including the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2016 and Forbes Awards. He also serves as Chairman of an NGO focused on assisting the elderly. Mr. Bangur is the father of Mr. Prashant Bangur, the Vice Chairman of the Company. He has confirmed that he has not been debarred from holding the office of Director by any regulatory authority.
