Expenses for the quarter were ₹11,852.43 lakh (₹118.52 crore), compared to ₹12,477.17 lakh (₹124.77 crore) in the prior year's quarter. The company also recognized an exceptional item related to the statutory impact of new labor codes amounting to ₹111.62 lakh. For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, the net loss after tax was ₹5,461.27 lakh (₹54.61 crore), compared to a net loss of ₹3,328.30 lakh (₹33.28 crore) for the same period in the previous fiscal year. Total income for the nine months declined to ₹30,120.77 lakh (₹301.21 crore) from ₹34,793.83 lakh (₹347.94 crore). The company's net worth was negative at ₹2,282.58 lakh as of December 31, 2025. Shivam Autotech stated that it has taken various strategic actions and expects better performance in the coming quarters. The company also received in-principle approvals for the issue of 12,000 Optionally Convertible Debentures (OCDs) on a preferential basis.
