The meeting is scheduled to commence at 11:30 A.M. and will be conducted through video conferencing. This intimation is provided pursuant to Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company is currently undergoing the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process.
