Shilpa Medicare Limited announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Koanna Healthcare Canada Inc., has allotted 2,84,21,020 equity shares aggregating to CAD 2,000 (approximately ₹1.23 Lakhs) on January 14, 2026, to Mr. Steve N. Slilaty, an individual residing in Québec, Canada, pursuant to a Share Sale-Purchase Agreement.

Consequent to this transaction, Koanna Healthcare Canada Inc. is no longer a wholly owned subsidiary of Shilpa Medicare Limited, effective January 14, 2026. The company has stated that this investment in the subsidiary was already provided for, and therefore, there is no impact on Shilpa Medicare's current financials.

Koanna Healthcare Canada Inc. was not considered a material subsidiary of Shilpa Medicare Limited as per SEBI regulations. The income and net worth contributed by Koanna Healthcare Canada Inc. to Shilpa Medicare Limited during the last financial year ended March 31, 2025, were 0.03% and 0.02% respectively, amounting to ₹34.33 Lakhs and ₹46.09 Lakhs.
