Sheetal Cool Products Limited (SCPL) has announced an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) for its members, scheduled to be held on Thursday, February 05, 2026, at 12:00 PM. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

As per SEBI's circular dated October 3, 2024, the company has opted to send the EGM notice electronically to members who have registered their email addresses. The notice is also available on the company's website (www.sheetalfoodworld.com) and the websites of BSE (www.bseindia.com) and NSE (www.nseindia.com).

Members are informed that they can cast their votes electronically through the e-voting system provided by NSDL, as per Section 108 of the Act and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, along with Regulation 44 of the Listing Regulations. The voting rights of members will be proportional to their equity shares held in the company.

The cut-off date to determine eligibility for voting is Thursday, January 29, 2026. The remote e-voting period will commence from Monday, February 02, 2026, at 09:00 AM (IST) and conclude on Wednesday, February 04, 2026, at 05:00 PM (IST). Members who have not cast their votes through remote e-voting but are present at the EGM will also be eligible to vote during the meeting, though they cannot vote again if they have already voted remotely.
