Sharda Motor Industries Limited (SMIL) has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, connected persons, and their relatives. This closure will be effective from Thursday, January 01, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until forty-eight hours after the declaration of the Company's financial results for the third quarter of the financial year 2025-26.
