Shanti Overseas (India) Limited announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct for SEBI PIT Regulations. The trading window will be shut for all Directors, Designated Persons, Designated Employees, Connected Persons, and their immediate relatives. The closure period commences from January 01, 2026.
