Shanthi Gears Limited has announced a change in the name of its statutory auditors. The firm M/s. M S K A & Associates, Chartered Accountants, has converted into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008. Consequently, the auditors will now be known as M/s. M S K A & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants.

This change became effective on January 13, 2026. The company has informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and BSE Limited about this update as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
