Shankara Buildpro Limited has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The Board of Directors considered and approved these results at a meeting held on October 27, 2025.

The company reported total income of ₹1,568.25 crore for the quarter, compared to ₹5,268.65 crore for the year ended March 31, 2025. Total expenses for the quarter stood at ₹1,526.48 crore, down from ₹5,167.58 crore in the previous year.

Profit before exceptional items and tax for the quarter was ₹41.77 crore, a decrease from ₹101.07 crore in the year ended March 31, 2025. After accounting for tax expenses of ₹9.70 crore, the net profit for the quarter was ₹32.07 crore. Other comprehensive income for the quarter was a net loss of ₹0.01 crore, resulting in a total comprehensive income of ₹32.06 crore.

Basic and diluted earnings per share for the quarter were ₹13.23, compared to ₹32.23 for the year ended March 31, 2025. The company's assets stood at ₹1,329.77 crore as of June 30, 2025, with equity at ₹465.57 crore and liabilities at ₹864.20 crore.

Separately, the company provided details regarding a Scheme of Arrangement approved by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Bengaluru Bench, on August 21, 2025. This scheme involved the demerger of Shankara Building Products Limited's trading business into Shankara Buildpro Limited, effective April 1, 2024. The company will issue equity shares to the shareholders of Shankara Building Products Limited on a proportionate basis, with a record date of September 24, 2025. The equity shares are expected to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited following the allotment.
