Shalby Limited has announced the discontinuation of its SOCE (Shalby Orthopedic Centre of Excellence) operations at Rajkot and Lucknow, effective from 31 January 2026 and 15 February 2026, respectively. This decision was made because continuing these operations with Shalby's quality standards and financial parameters was economically unviable. The turnover from Rajkot SOCE was ₹0.91 crore (0.10% of total turnover) and from Lucknow SOCE was ₹5.69 crore (0.65% of total turnover) during FY2024-25 (from July 2024 to March 2025 for Rajkot). However, the Outpatient Department (OPD) services will continue to operate in both cities. The company has disclosed these details in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI circular dated 13th July, 2023.
