Shaily Engineering Plastics Limited (SEPL) has submitted a revised certificate under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The company had initially submitted a certificate dated January 7, 2026, but due to technical errors identified in the certificate issued by their Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA), M/s Bigshare Services Private Limited, a revised certificate dated January 8, 2026, has been provided.

Bigshare Services Private Limited, acting as the RTA, confirmed that securities received from depository participants for dematerialization up to December 31, 2025, were confirmed (accepted/rejected) to the depositories. They further confirmed that the securities comprised in the said certificates have been listed on the stock exchange where the previously issued securities are listed. The security certificates received for dematerialization were duly verified, mutilated, and cancelled by the depository participant, and the names of the depositories were substituted in the register of members as the registered owner within 15 days of receipt of the securities.
