S H Kelkar and Company Limited (SHK) has announced the appointment of Mr. Avik Ghosh as Executive Vice President – HR, Asia, and Senior Management Personnel. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors today, January 19, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The appointment is effective immediately.

Mr. Ghosh brings nearly 20 years of extensive experience in Human Resources, having previously worked with prominent organizations such as ICICI Bank, Asian Paints, Kerry, and Anvil Energy. During his 11.5-year tenure at Kerry, he held various regional HR leadership positions across Southeast Asia, ANZ, and APME. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Management Studies from Nottingham University Business School, UK, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from XLRI, Jamshedpur. Mr. Ghosh is not related to any Director of the Company.
