S H Kelkar and Company Limited (SHK) announced the appointment of Mr. Avik Ghosh as Executive Vice President – HR, Asia, and Senior Management Personnel. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors on January 19, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Ghosh's appointment is effective immediately. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Management Studies from Nottingham University Business School, UK, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He brings nearly 20 years of extensive experience in various HR functions, having previously worked with prominent organizations such as ICICI Bank, Asian Paints, Kerry, and Anvil Energy. During his 11.5-year tenure at Kerry, he held significant regional HR leadership positions across Southeast Asia, ANZ, and APME. Mr. Avik Ghosh is not related to any Director of the Company.
