Setubandhan Infrastructure Limited (the "Corporate Debtor") has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in securities. This closure is in effect from January 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the Resolution Professional (RP) Committee Meeting where the unaudited financial results for the third quarter ending December 31, 2025, will be approved. The Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) for the company was admitted by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, on November 28, 2022, following an application by the State Bank of India. Sandeep D. Maheshwari was appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) and subsequently confirmed as the Resolution Professional (RP) by the Committee of Creditors (CoC) on December 28, 2022. A resolution plan was approved by the CoC and submitted to the NCLT. However, the NCLT rejected this plan on March 24, 2025. An appeal against this rejection order was filed with the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) on July 9, 2025, and the matter is currently pending adjudication. The specific date for the RP Committee Meeting to approve the financial results will be communicated in due course.
