This appointment was recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee, and subsequently approved by the Board of Directors. Vipin Kaushik, a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, strategy, accounts, taxation, and compliance, brings extensive expertise to his new role. He holds diplomas in International Financial Reporting from ACCA, UK, and Management and Business Finance from ICAI, along with certifications in AI, GST, and the Independent Director’s Databank. In his capacity as CFO, Kaushik will lead the company's financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, risk management, and compliance. He will also play a strategic role in Servotech's global growth and innovation initiatives. Prior to this elevation, Kaushik served as the Financial Controller, contributing significantly to the company's financial discipline and growth.
