Servotech Renewable Power System Limited has announced the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary, "SERVOTECH FOUNDATION", a Section 8 company. This subsidiary has an authorized and paid-up share capital of ₹1,00,000 (Rupees One Lac Only).

The primary objective of SERVOTECH FOUNDATION is to act as the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) arm of the company. It will focus on promoting, undertaking, planning, organizing, developing, implementing, and executing various CSR activities. These activities will span areas such as employability, education, entrepreneurship, sustainable development, environmental protection, health, and nutrition, in line with Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013.

The incorporation is in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The initial capital consideration was ₹1,00,000, with Servotech Renewable Power System Limited holding 100% shareholding in SERVOTECH FOUNDATION. The subsidiary is a related party to the company, and its business operations are yet to commence.
