Senores Pharmaceuticals Limited has announced the issuance of a Corporate Guarantee for additional credit facilities availed by its material subsidiary, Havix Group Inc. D/B/A Aavis Pharmaceuticals, USA, from HDFC Bank Limited. The guarantee amount is up to USD 1,500,000 (US Dollars One Million Five Hundred Thousand Only). This corporate guarantee was issued on March 03, 2026, in favor of HDFC Bank Ltd. to secure the additional credit facilities. The guarantee is valid until the closure or tenure of the credit facilities, with a maximum tenure of ten years. The promoter and promoter group have an interest in this transaction through their directorship in Havix, the material subsidiary. The company stated that the corporate guarantee has been extended at an arm's length. At present, there is no impact on Senores Pharmaceuticals Limited other than its disclosure as a contingent liability in the financial statements.
