The certificate was received from Adroit Corporate Services Limited, the company's Registrar and Transfer Agent.

Adroit Corporate Services confirmed that securities received from depository participants for dematerialisation during the quarter were processed and confirmed to the depositories. They also confirmed that the securities were listed on the stock exchanges where the company's securities are already listed.
