SecUR Credentials Limited announced a significant change in its statutory auditors following a Board of Directors meeting held on January 12, 2026. The Board accepted the resignation of M/s. S.D. Mehta & Co., Chartered Accountants, who had been serving as the company's statutory auditors.

The company has initiated the process to appoint a new statutory auditor in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015.

Subsequently, the Board approved the appointment of M/s. VMBA And Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the new Statutory Auditors of the Company, subject to the approval of the Company's Members. The resignation of M/s. S.D. Mehta & Co. was effective from December 18, 2025, and the appointment of M/s. VMBA And Associates is dated January 12, 2026.
