This order, bearing Order No. Order/AK/GN/2025-26/31964, was passed under Section 15-I of the SEBI Act, 1992.

The company received this order on January 13, 2026. This disclosure follows up on a previous disclosure made on September 5, 2025, regarding the receipt of a SEBI Show Cause Notice dated September 2, 2025. The Adjudication Order was issued subsequent to an inspection by SEBI concerning alleged non-compliances with provisions of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, SEBI (Merchant Bankers) Regulations, and related circulars.
