Schaeffler India Limited's promoters, including Schaeffler Schweinfurt Beteiligungs GmbH (formerly FAG Kugelfischer GmbH), Schaeffler Verwaltungsholding Sechs GmbH, Industriewerk Schaeffler INA-Ingenieurdienst GmbH, and Schaeffler Bühl Verwaltungs GmbH, have submitted a disclosure under Regulation 31(4) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.

As per the submission dated January 1, 2026, the promoters confirm that they have not created any encumbrance, either directly or indirectly, over the shares they hold in Schaeffler India Limited during the financial year ended December 31, 2025. This disclosure has been made to the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, and a copy has been provided to Schaeffler India Limited.
