Schaeffler India Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Maximilian Andreas Fiedler as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent Director). The decision was made by the Board of Directors via a circular resolution passed on December 26, 2025, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Fiedler's appointment is effective from January 1, 2026. This appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company, which will be sought in the ensuing Annual General Meeting or within three months from the date of appointment, whichever is earlier. He will be liable to retire by rotation. The company also approved the Notice of the Postal Ballot for this appointment in accordance with Section 175 of the Companies Act, 2013. Mr. Fiedler brings extensive experience within the Schaeffler Group, having held positions such as Assistant to CFO and CEO, Vice President of External Reporting, Chief Financial Officer for Schaeffler Mexico, and Chief Financial Officer for the Asia/Pacific region. Since June 2025, he has been serving as the Regional CEO Asia/Pacific (act.) while continuing as CFO Asia/Pacific.
