State Bank of India (SBIN) has submitted a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. This certificate has been issued by KFin Technologies Limited, the Registrar to the Issue and Share Transfer Agent of the Bank. KFin Technologies Limited confirmed that securities received from Depository Participants for dematerialization during the quarter were processed. They were either accepted or rejected and subsequently listed on the stock exchange where the earlier issued securities are listed. Furthermore, the security certificates received for dematerialization were mutilated and cancelled after verification by the Depository Participant. The name of the depositories was substituted in the register of members as the registered owner within 15 days of receiving the securities.
