Anuradha Rao has been appointed as an Independent Director for a term of three years, effective November 13, 2025, until November 12, 2028. She brings nearly four decades of experience in the Banking and Financial Services sector, having previously held positions such as Deputy Managing Director (Strategy and Digital Banking) at the State Bank of India and Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of SBI Funds Management Limited. She has also served on the boards of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and several NBFCs. Smt. Parvathy Vairava Sundaram has been appointed as an Independent Director for a term of three years, effective December 9, 2025, until December 8, 2028. Her career spans commercial and central banking, with extensive experience in various departments of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). She served as an Executive Director at the RBI until her superannuation in November 2019. Her responsibilities included oversight of the Asset Quality Review, migration to Risk Based Supervision (RBS), and development of the Small Bank Variant Model. She has also been a member of important RBI committees, including the Internal Study Group to Review the Working of the MCLR System and the High-Level Task Force for a Public Credit Registry.
