SBC Exports Limited (SBC) has announced its financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, reporting a record performance. For the quarter ended December 31, 2025 (Q3 FY26), SBC reported standalone revenue surge of 40.92% to ₹70.49 Cr compared to the same period last year. Standalone EBITDA increased by a remarkable 548.34% to ₹9.79 Cr, with the EBITDA margin rising to 13.89%. Profit Before Tax (PBT) saw a substantial jump of 182.09% to ₹9.45 Cr, and the PBT margin improved to 12.76%. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew by 45.53% to ₹104.84 Cr in Q3 FY26. Consolidated EBITDA surged by 566.12% to ₹12.19 Cr, with the EBITDA margin at 11.63%. Consolidated PBT increased by 206.01% to ₹11.20 Cr, and the PBT margin stood at 10.36%. The company highlighted strong momentum across its businesses, driven by a record order book, enhanced execution capabilities, and resilient demand. Exports of readymade garments, particularly under the F-Route Clothing brand, continue to be the primary growth driver. SBC also noted its strategic diversification into Information Technology Support Services and the Tours and Travels sector through its subsidiary Mauji Trip Limited. Looking ahead, SBC Exports Limited is well-positioned to sustain its growth trajectory into FY27 and beyond, capitalizing on the strong outlook for the Indian textile and apparel sector, which is expected to see significant expansion driven by government initiatives and global sourcing shifts.
