SBC Exports Limited announced its Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Month ended on December 31st, 2025. The Board of Directors approved and took on record these results during a meeting held on February 5th, 2026. For the consolidated results, the total revenue from operations for the quarter ended December 31st, 2025, stood at ₹10,445.43 Lakhs (₹104.45 Crore), and for the nine-month period, it was ₹26,160.54 Lakhs (₹261.61 Crore). The profit before tax for the consolidated nine-month period was ₹2,603.31 Lakhs (₹26.03 Crore), and for the quarter, it was ₹1,119.88 Lakhs (₹11.20 Crore). The standalone results for the quarter ended December 31st, 2025, showed a total revenue from operations of ₹7,049.11 Lakhs (₹70.49 Crore), and for the nine-month period, it was ₹19,666.84 Lakhs (₹196.67 Crore). The profit before tax for the standalone nine-month period was ₹2,334.53 Lakhs (₹23.35 Crore), and for the quarter, it was ₹944.41 Lakhs (₹9.44 Crore). The company also provided segment-wise results. For consolidated operations, the IT Support Services segment reported a profit before tax of ₹803.32 Lakhs for the nine months and ₹409.20 Lakhs for the quarter. The Garments Sales segment reported a profit before tax of ₹2,355.29 Lakhs for the nine months and ₹1,036.11 Lakhs for the quarter. A new segment, Tour & Travel Services, reported a profit before tax of ₹268.77 Lakhs for the nine months and ₹175.47 Lakhs for the quarter. The company noted that the financial results were prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS). It also addressed the potential impact of the new Labour Codes, stating that it does not foresee any material impact on the financial results.
