Satin Creditcare Network Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure will be effective from Thursday, January 1, 2026. The trading window will remain shut until 48 hours after the announcement of the company's un-audited financial results (both standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, to the stock exchanges. Consequently, all designated persons and their immediate relatives are instructed not to engage in any trading of the company's securities during this specified period, in accordance with the SCNL Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
