Satia Industries Limited has published a notice in the Financial Express (English) and Punjabi Jagran (Punjabi) on January 7, 2026, reminding shareholders about unpaid/unclaimed dividends and the transfer of unclaimed equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF).

As per Section 124(5) of the Companies Act, 2013, dividends that remain unpaid or unclaimed for seven years are to be transferred to the IEPF. Similarly, shares for which dividends have not been claimed for seven consecutive years are also subject to transfer to the IEPF.

The company has provided full details of unpaid/unclaimed dividends on its website, www.satiagroup.com, and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) website. Shareholders are urged to claim any unpaid dividends from the year 2018-19 onwards by applying to Beetal Financial & Computer Services Pvt. Ltd., the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA).

If claims are not received by March 13, 2026, Satia Industries will proceed with transferring the relevant shares to the IEPF as per the rules, without further notice. Future benefits, including dividends, will be credited to the IEPF, and claims for these can be made by complying with Rule 7 of the IEPF Rules.
