Sarla Performance Fibers Limited has announced the ratification of its investment in commercial premises located in the "Suraj One Business Bay" project. The company acquired four commercial units, identified as Unit Nos. 1301, 1302, 1303, and 1314, on the 13th Floor. These units collectively offer a RERA carpet area of 5,432 sq. ft. The total consideration for this acquisition amounts to ₹27,88,65,748 (Rupees Twenty-Seven Crore Eighty-Eight Lakh Sixty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-Eight Only), excluding applicable GST and statutory levies. The acquisition is intended to expand the company's business operations by providing additional office space. This transaction is with a third-party developer, Iconic Property Developers Private Limited, and does not involve related parties. The company expects the units to be handed over on or before December 31, 2031. The Board of Directors approved this ratification during their meeting held on February 04, 2026, which commenced at 06:38 P.M. and concluded at 07:00 P.M.
