Saregama India Limited announced its financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported robust financial performance with Revenue from Operations at ₹2,604 million (₹260.4 crore) for Q3 FY26, marking a 13% quarter-on-quarter growth. Music Licensing plus Artiste Management saw a significant increase of 23% QoQ and 29% YoY. Adjusted EBITDA stood at ₹1,210 million (₹121 crore), with an Adjusted EBITDA margin of 46%. Operational Profit Before Tax (PBT) was ₹765 million (₹76.5 crore), a 27% growth, while Profit After Tax (PAT) was ₹512 million (₹51.2 crore), up 17%. Key operational highlights include the release of blockbuster film albums like "Dhurandhar" and "Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri," along with numerous other film and non-film tracks across various languages. The company also made a strategic investment in Bhansali Productions, securing exclusive access to marquee Hindi film music. The Events business scaled up with successful music tours and expanded into the comedy vertical. Saregama collaborated with several marquee brands for integrated campaigns and added 60 new artistes, increasing its total roster to over 270 with a digital reach of 300 million. Avarna Jain, Vice Chairperson, stated that Q3 FY26 was a strong quarter reflecting consistent execution and reinforcing confidence in a healthy growth runway through disciplined investments and portfolio diversification.
