Saregama India Limited announced its financial results for the quarter and nine-month periods ended December 31, 2025. For Q3 FY26, the company reported Revenue from Operations at ₹2,604 million, a 13% increase quarter-on-quarter. Music Licensing and Artiste Management segments saw robust growth, up 23% QoQ and 29% YoY. Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹1,210 million, with an Adjusted EBITDA margin of 46%. Operational Profit Before Tax (PBT) was ₹765 million, a 27% growth, while Profit After Tax (PAT) was ₹512 million, up 17% year-on-year. The company incurred an exceptional non-cash charge of ₹70 million related to labor code implementation. Key operational highlights include the release of several major film albums such as "Dhurandhar" starring Ranveer Singh and "Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri" starring Kartik Aaryan. Saregama also made a strategic investment in Bhansali Productions, securing exclusive access to marquee Hindi film music. The Events business scaled up with successful tours, and the company collaborated with marquee brands for integrated campaigns. Saregama added 60 new artists during the quarter, expanding its roster to over 270 artists with a combined digital reach exceeding 300 million. Its digital footprint across owned channels reached 550 million followers and subscribers.
