Sarda Energy & Minerals Limited has announced a further investment of ₹48,22,78,100 (Rupees forty-eight crore twenty-two lakh seventy-eight thousand one hundred only) in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sarda Energy Limited. This infusion of funds was made through the subscription of a Rights Issue, acquiring 2,83,693 equity shares of ₹10 each at a premium of ₹1,690 per equity share. The objective of this fund infusion is to reduce the loan burden of Sarda Energy Limited and support its day-to-day operational activities. Sarda Energy Limited, incorporated on April 22, 2008, is involved in the renewable energy business of the group. Its total revenue for the fiscal year 2024-25 was ₹18.49 crore, ₹14.28 crore in 2023-24, and ₹15.04 crore in 2022-23. The investment was completed on December 24, 2025, and no external governmental or regulatory approvals were required. This transaction does not fall under related party transactions as Sarda Energy Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary.
