Sangreen Future Renewables Private Limited, a material subsidiary of Sanghvi Movers Limited, has been awarded significant work orders totaling ₹428.72 Crores from prominent Independent Power Producers (IPP's). The scope of these contracts includes EPC for Wind Balance of Plant (BOP), which encompasses the construction of WTG Civil foundations, civil re-engineering works, leasing and development of temporary and internal pathways, development of external logistics roads, crane platforms, crane boom assembly areas, and WTG inter-carting from storage yards to respective WTG locations. Furthermore, the contracts involve the installation of WTGs, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning works, internal 33Kv line works, and DP yards for respective WTGs, along with permits and approvals specific to the commissioning of the project. These orders are from domestic entities and pertain to a total of 270.6 MW. The execution period for these orders is scheduled to commence from the third quarter (Q3) of the financial year 2025-26 and is expected to be completed by the first quarter (Q1) of the financial year 2027-28. Sanghvi Movers Limited has confirmed that its promoter, promoter group, or group companies do not have any interest in the entities awarding these contracts, and the contracts do not fall within related party transactions.
