The subsidiary has an initial share capital of 15,000 Botswana Pula and has not yet commenced business operations, hence its turnover is nil. Sanghvi Movers Limited will hold a 100% share capital in this new venture. This incorporation is in line with the company's strategic expansion and is intended to facilitate its operations in the African market. The details of this incorporation were submitted to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on January 14, 2026, as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
