Sanghvi Movers Limited has announced the incorporation of its wholly owned subsidiary in Botswana, named Sanghvi Movers Botswana Proprietary Limited. This new entity, established on January 13, 2026, is set up to conduct the business of crane rental services in The Republic of Botswana.

The subsidiary has an initial share capital of 15,000 Botswana Pula and has not yet commenced business operations, hence its turnover is nil. Sanghvi Movers Limited will hold a 100% share capital in this new venture.

This incorporation is in line with the company's strategic expansion and is intended to facilitate its operations in the African market. The details of this incorporation were submitted to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on January 14, 2026, as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
