Sangam India Limited has entered into an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) Contract with IB Vogt Solar India Private Limited. The agreement is for the establishment of a 27.00 MWp (with a variation of ± 5%) solar power plant. This solar power plant will be situated in Village Sangarh, Tehsil Fatehgarh, District Jaisalmer, in the state of Rajasthan. The plant is intended for captive consumption by the company. The announcement was made on December 26th, 2025, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024.
