Following this transaction, Mr. Aggarwal's total shareholding, along with his Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), has increased to 14,97,62,681 shares, constituting 49.07% of the total equity share capital. Prior to this acquisition, the promoter group held 14,97,38,181 shares, representing 49.06% of the company's equity. The disclosure was made in accordance with Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, and Regulation 7(2) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
