Samvardhana Motherson International Limited (the "Company") has announced the completion of its joint venture with Egtronics Co. Ltd., a South Korean company. This joint venture, named Motherson Egtronics Electronics Solutions Limited, was established to design, develop, manufacture, and assemble clean mobility related vehicle electronics. The product portfolio includes DC-DC converters, auxiliary inverters, traction inverters, on-board chargers, and power distribution units for automotive and other industries. The formation of the joint venture was completed on January 07, 2026, following the fulfillment of prerequisite conditions. The equity shareholding in Motherson Egtronics Electronics Solutions Limited is divided between the Company (along with nominee shareholders) holding 51% and Egtronics holding 49%. This announcement follows previous disclosures made by the Company on June 19, 2025, regarding the execution of the Joint Venture Agreement and on August 22, 2025, concerning the incorporation of the wholly-owned subsidiary to achieve the objectives of the JVA.
