S.A.L. Steel Limited has announced the appointment of Shri Hiren S. Mahadevia (DIN: 00156429) as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non-Executive, Independent Director. This appointment, effective from December 23, 2025, is for a consecutive period of five years and is subject to the approval of the company's members through a postal ballot. The decision was made upon the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board. Shri Hiren Mahadevia is not related to any of the Directors of the Company. He is also not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority. Mr. Mahadevia is a Company Secretary by profession, a member of ICSI since 1986, and holds an MBA-Finance and L.L.B. (Special) qualification. He brings over 35 years of experience in finance and legal management, having retired from Ashima Group on June 30, 2023. The company has submitted the necessary disclosures as required by SEBI regulations.
