The company also noted an exceptional item of ₹82.93 crore related to the financial implications of new labor codes notified by the Government of India, which has been presented as a non-recurring event. The Board of Directors also approved the grant of 205,000 employee stock options (ESOPs) under the SaiLife Sciences Limited Management ESOP Scheme–2018.
