Sagility Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Srinivas Rathnam Mattapalli as the Group Chief Financial Officer, designated as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). This appointment was approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee. The appointment is effective from February 14, 2026. Mr. Mattapalli brings over 30 years of extensive experience in finance, P&L management, pricing strategy, and business transformation from global organizations. Previously, he held senior leadership positions at Genpact, where he served as Business CFO for the Hi-Tech and Manufacturing vertical and led significant enterprise-wide initiatives. His career also includes roles at eFunds (FIS), Hindustan Coca-Cola, and Colgate-Palmolive. Mr. Mattapalli holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, is a qualified ICWA professional, and is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management.
