This closure will be effective from January 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors will approve these financial results at a meeting, the date of which will be intimated in due course. During this trading window closure period, all Directors, key management personnel, connected persons, designated persons, and their immediate relatives are advised against engaging in any transactions involving the company's shares. This measure is in compliance with the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
