The OFS will be conducted through the stock exchange mechanism on January 09, 2026, for non-retail investors, and on January 12, 2026, for retail investors. The floor price for the offer has been set at ₹72 per equity share. The primary objective of this offer is to achieve the minimum public shareholding requirements in Andhra Cements Limited as mandated by SEBI regulations.
